A prison guard who OJ Simpson reportedly grew to see as his 'brother' over the seven years they spent together in a correctional facility is releasing a tell-all book.
Jeffrey Felix retired from Nevada's Lovelock Correctional Centre in September, and spoke to Page 6 about his relationship with convict O.J.
Opening up about the 68-year-old, who was acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Simpson in 1994 but sentenced to 33 years for armed robbery in 2007, Felix said:
"O.J. picked me out. He ended up trusting me almost as much as [close friend] Al Cowlings. He said, 'You're like a brother to me'."
And discussing allegations he had an affair with Kris Jenner (who was married to his late friend Robert Kardashian) and fathered Khloe Kardashian, he reportedly told Felix:
“I would never do that to my friend Bob [Kardashian, who was Simpson’s lawyer]. I would never tap Kris.”
Felix's book, entitled 'Guarding the Juice', will detail several incidents during which he claims to have protected OJ Simpson in prison.
On one occasion, Felix claims he negotiated with an Aryan Nation member who had vowed to kill OJ after he 'pushed in front of him in the cafeteria line'.
Felix also described how he exposed a scheme in which Simpson's cellmates were allegedly attempting to extort him for $300 a week.
But Felix believes the father-of-five did murder ex-wife Nicole Simpson.
“He’s such a nice guy, but, come on, we know he did it”, he said.
