At last night’s National Television Awards, Michelle Keegan gave us all an insight into her work out regime.

First she admitted that for her husband’s – Mark Wright – birthday yesterday, she bought him the romantic gift of… a bike!

We guess that’s what happens when your birthday falls in January…

And while Michelle admitted that the gift idea wasn’t “brilliant”, she thought it would be a good idea as the radio DJ has got into his fitness recently. Not to mention it’ll save a few pennies on bus fair...

Speaking of her own exercise routine, the former Coronation Street star told The Mirror that she’s not planning on going on a cycle with her hubby.

She insisted:

“No. No I’m not very sporty."

Which is hard to belive considering the actress’ petite and toned figure.

And when asked if she would ever do a fitness DVD, she said:

“NO. It’s one of them… I hate the gym anyways but I push myself to go.

“If I don’ go to the gym I don’t work out.”

Celebrity DVDs have been big for January 2016, with everyone from Charlotte Crosby, Kym Marsh to Davina McCall releasing one ready for the new year.

And of course, Mark’s former lover Lauren Goodger has just launched own fitness DVD, Lauren’s OMG! Workout following her dramatic body transformation over the last few months.

Will Michelle stick to her word? Or do you think there will be a DVD somewhere down the line for the star?
