It’s been the nation's worst kept secret but now that Noel Edmonds has FINALLY been confirmed as a late arrival to the Jungle, he’s opened up about how he’s been preparing for the challenge
He admits he’s been “role-playing” with his ever supportive wife Liz – by eating worms, naturally.
“There are now no worms in our garden; [they taste] exactly like you’d expect,” he said, explaining he’s now ready for whatever delicacies the producers may throw at him, including the famous ‘roos' testicles.

It's been reported that I'm A Celeb bosses wanted John on the show for years, so they paid between £120,000 to £200,000 to get him on board.
Sair Khan
It's been reported that Coronation Street actress Sair Khan may have secured a £40,000 payment for her stay in the jungle.
Anne Hegerty
The Chase star Anne Hegerty could take home between £60,000 to £80,000.
Nick Knowles
It's thought TV presenter Nick Knowles has landed a big deal of around £200,000.
Fleur East
Negotiations appear to have gone on for a while, but it's thought that Fleur East has been offered between £50,000 and £70,000.
James McVey
The Vamps star James McVey is thought to have secured a pay cheque of £40,000.
Malique Thompson-Dwyer
20-year-old Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer might have only been paid about £15,000.
Harry Redknapp
It was recently revealed that football manager Harry Redknapp is being paid £500,000 for his stint in the jungle.
Emily Atack
Emily's fee might be as low as £15,000 but it's been reported that she will have been paid £40,000.
Rita Simons
EastEnders star Rita could be paid between £80,000 and £100,000 for her three weeks in the jungle.
Noel Edmonds
It was recently revealed that Noel Edmonds may be heading into the jungle this year and it's claimed he will be the highest paid contestant at £600,000!

“Empty testicles I’m better with,” he continued. “So I hope they’re emptied before. I’ve never seen reference to whether they are or not.”
Wife Liz, who he married in 2009, may well be supportive of his decision to go into the jungle – but it was a trade-off for not doing Strictly instead, and avoiding the 'Strictly curse'.

“I have been asked to do Strictly,” he told The Sun. “Liz is a fully-trained singer and dancer and a couple of years ago she said, ‘Why don’t we cheat? Why don’t we say you’re a novice and I’ll teach you before?’
“Then I think there was one of those curse moments and I said to her, ‘Are you comfortable with me spending five or six days a week with a half-naked woman draped all over me?’ And it’s funny how the conversation just changed."
Having presented Deal or No Deal since 2005, Noel has now struck a deal with the British public that if he wins, he’ll retire from telly after a prosperous 50-year career.
