Nicole Scherzinger famously once asked: "Don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me?"
And now the former Pussycat Dolls singer has opened up about how she keeps her body in shape, sharing her top fitness tips and diet habits with The Mail Online.
Speaking candidly about her love of cooking, Nicole, 35, explained that she has one serious weakness when it comes to eating - and it's one many of us will be able to relate to.
Think cheese.
She said: "I travel a lot but I do love to cook when I'm at home. I love making pasta, because it's easy. I make a mean cheese plait, great chicken fajitas and teriyaki chicken with vegetables."
Nicole added, somewhat refreshingly: "Everyone has different body and blood types so it's best to just eat what makes you feel good.
"I believe that you should have everything in moderation. If I deprive myself, I want it ten folds and I'll go the opposite way."
So how does Nicole stay in such good shape?
Well, firstly, she doesn't eat late at night - and she tries to squeeze in a twenty minute run most mornings.
She also does interval training 3-4 times per week, hits up a yoga class when she can and is a fan of Los Angeles fitness sensation 'Soul Cycle', which is similar to a spinning class.
When asked for her top tips for a bikini body, Nicole swore by running, squats, coconut water, moisturiser and 'a shimmery highlighter'. This helps to tone up your body, keep you hydrated and help your skin look its dewy best.
