It’s not even started yet, but already things are already hotting up for the upcoming series of The X Factor. The latest star to wade in on the judging drama? Nicole Scherzinger, former Pussycat Doll and on/off girlfriend of F1 driver Lewis Hamilton. Appearing on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man programme, the ex judge said:
“First of all, no one can replace me.”
However Cheryl Cole and the news addition, Mel B, will be pleased to hear that Nicole’s joking:
“I am joking,” she continued. “Mel has done this before. She does not need any advice. She will spice things up.”
Spice, geddit? We reckon Nicole’s in remarkably good spirits considering Mr Nasty Simon Cowell didn’t even cushion the blow over his decision to give her the chop:
“I have not heard from Simon. He made his choice so I am just going to support everybody and it does not matter because my panel last year was the absolute best.”
We thought you’d say that.
