The 30-year-old model claimed David, 23, lead 35-year-old Aisleyne on, despite continuing to see Kelly Brook behind her back.
A spokesperson for Nicola told the Mirror: “Nicola really likes Kelly and thinks David is a d**k for how he has treated Kelly and for how he lied to Aisleyne and led her on.
“Nicola thinks Kelly is way too good for David and she could have any guys she wanted, she’s one of the hottest women in the world.
“David should be grateful he even has Kelly’s phone number, let alone gets to date her.”
David celebrated his birthday with Aisleyne at the weekend and, after taking to Twitter to thank her for a good time, was spotted with Kelly the very next day.
Big Brother star Aisleyne has been posting cryptic messages since.
She wrote: “Depression is the worst most debilitating ailment to be burdened with… Everything is fine then BANG something happens to send u under [sic]”
She also confirmed she’s been leaning on mum-of-two Nicola and her other close friend Nadia.
“If it wasn’t for these 2 beauties I dunno where I’d be @Nadia_Akbari @NicolaMcLean [sic],” she wrote.
David has so far remained silent on the subject.
