Nicola made headlines in August 2014, when her husband was pictured getting a little too close to a woman in a Las Vegas nightclub.

In a dramatic showdown on social media, Nicola first begged husband Tom to come home, before shockingly exposing his 'bit on the side' - even asking is she could give herjumpsuit back that she was wearing in one illicit snap.

And after various rows with her former footballer husband - played out both in person and on social media - the pair decided to separate, with McLean even telling Closer: ‘Our marriage is dead.’

But in a shock turn of events, it seems things are back on track for the pair - who have two children together - after Tom posted a busty snap of his wife to his Instagram page.

‘This is my girl and my life - what a women , wife and mum #therewillbehaters (sic)’ Tom captioned the picture, which shows Nicola looking off into the distance, in a rather revealing dress.

In November, we caught up with Nicola at a showbiz event, where she told us: ‘There’s no going back for me - the marriage is dead. He killed it by what he did in Las Vegas.’

‘We’re definitely not getting back together but I can’t ignore him as he’s the father of my kids.’

She continued: ‘He says he has made the biggest mistake of his life and has pleaded with me…what is done is done. He has treated me appallingly and I just don’t feel the same way about him.’

‘Part of me will always love him but I cannot be his wife anymore.’

But despite these comments in late 2014, it looks as if things may have turned a corner for the pair, who were married for five years before they hit problems as Tom worked abroad.
