Katie teased the TV doc’s hair in a tweet earlier in the week.
She wrote: ‘If you hate your other half more than Dr Christian Jessen's hair, divorce them. Please catch up with my column in @TheSunNewspaper tomorrow.’
The comment, supposedly a dig at Dr Christian, was ignored by the TV doctor. Katie continued poking fun at the health professional just a day later when she tweeted to her followers: 'Tonight's question is: Dr Christian Jessen's hair from Embarrassing Bodies? Embarrassing? Or truly awful?’
It was at this point that Dr Christian hit back at the rent-a-gob.
‘Oh Katie,’ he wrote. ‘I can always chose to do something about my hair, but you, my love, are stuck with that personality.’
Katie had previously hit out at striking teachers, claiming that teachers should not have a right to strike.
She also accused teachers of hitting the bookies instead of working despite being photographed at a bingo hall holding just a day before.
Dr Christian has also been in the news after the airing of documentary ‘Cure Me, I’m Gay.’
The documentary saw the TV doc undertake genuine treatments offered in the US (and the UK) which claim to ‘cure’ homosexuality.
