6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened 6 tablespoons brown sugar1 1/3 cups creamy peanut butter1 u00bd teaspoon vanilla u00bd teaspoon salt2 cups icing sugar230g chocolate 5 tablespoons of cream. Firstly beat the butter until creamy, then mix in the brown sugar. Add one tablespoon of the vanilla and salt and mix until creamy. Add the icing sugar, and press down evenly into 8x8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper, leaving it to one side to set. In a pan, gently melt the chocolate, cream and remaining vanilla essence together.  When smooth, poor over the mix, and leave it in the freezer for an hour to set.
