Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton is expecting a little girl with five singer Ritchie Neville who she plans to call Ella.

And, after suffering from severe post-natal depression before, the pregnant mum-of-three has said she will be cooking up and eating the afterbirth has the potential to stave off PND.
Talking to the Sunday Mirror she said: "It just seemed right.
"Instead of taking loads of different vitamins, I would be nourishing my body with my own placenta that's been nourishing my baby. It's like the circle of life."

The Big Reunion star is serious about her decision; she's signed a petition to the EU food standards agency which is trying to ban what some view as a "disgusting" practice, as well as backed placenta encapsulation (where the placenta is dried and ground into a powder and made into capsules).
Speaking out about her 'baby blues' fears a few months ago, the 31-year-old revealed: "I know it could come back. A lot of people never shake off depression once they have had it.
“You can have it for a very long time and it can show itself at different times."

"I think it’ll be there forever."
She added: "Pregnant women might look glowing but on the inside they can be suffering."
We hope that Natasha, who is already mum to Josh, 11, Harry, 9, and Alfie, 3, will have a smooth pregnancy - and that her wise words on post-natal depression will help many other mums going through the same thing.
