And, like most mothers, Natasha was left feeling upset at her Ella's distress during the abs.

The Atomic Kitten star wrote honestly: "Ella’s jabs this week were quite horrendous.

"She screamed that much she was turning purple and found it hard to catch her breath."

She added: "The pang of guilt/empathy/helplessness I felt was awful but I know it’s all for the right reasons.

"Rich was there too and after each jab we did a little group hug to help calm her."

She explained: "You can’t help but feel terrible when they look at you with their bottom lip quivering, but you can’t beat yourself up either, as it’s what’s best for baby.

"I did get tears in my eyes though."

Natasha also revealed that she is finding it hard to wean Ella from the breast to the bottle, explaining: "She much prefers mummy’s milk, and who can blame her?

"But now we are making moves to get her on the bottle I feel a bit sad, as breastfeeding has been one of the most amazingly gratifying experiences of my life.

"To see how healthy she is and how much I’ve helped her grow and develop is fantastic. Special memories, never to be forgotten."
