Now the pop pair have parted ways, Natasha Hamilton has spoken out about family life with Ritchie Neville before the split.
Speaking to OK magazine, the 33 year old made the revelation that the former 5ive singer didn’t turn up to his own daughter’s christening.
18-month-old Ella was Christened in St Chad’s church in Farndon, Cheshire, without dad Ritchie present.
Natasha said: "I don’t know why he decided not to come. It is disappointing. But we went ahead with the christening and had a lovely day."
The former couple welcomed baby Ella in September 2014, seeing Natasha become a mum for the fourth time, and Ritchie becoming a first time dad.
Although he didn’t make it to the celebrations, the singer insisted that Ritchie is a good dad to his only daughter, stating he is “very much still part of Ella’s day-to-day life."
In March this year, Natasha informed fans of her sad news. And she has since opened up about how hard the breakup has been, telling OK:
"I’ve shed many a tear but I just have to get on with my life."
Since the split, the pop sensation has been doing what so many of us do when heartbroken.
The mum of four whisked her boys - Josh, 13, Harry, 11 and Alfie, five – away on holiday to Orlando, Florida, spending quality time with the most important men in her life.
She then underwent astunning hair transformation, giving her iconic fiery red locks some darker hues, although she did admit she missed the racey red.
Although Natasha is clearly still in the grieving process, she’s no stranger to heartbreak, and we’re sure she’ll be her bubbly self once again soon.
