The yummy mummy is due to welcome her first child into the world next year
Nadia Essex has shared a gorgeous nude photo in honour of her pregnancy.

Now Nadia has marked her 18-week milestone by sharing a naked snap on Instagram of her changing body. She wrote alongside the beautiful snap: "My body is changing faster than ever before and right in front of my eyes. Posting this is like ripping off a plaster."

She continued: "This is scary but before I get too in my own head, too anxious, too scared to accept and love my body and the changes fully I wanted to post it. Get it out there. It’s done. This is me.
"My wonderful body is growing a human soul. It is amazing! #pregnant #pregnancydiary #pregnancybump #18weeks 🤰🏼👶🏻💖".
Lots of her followers rushed to praise her for sharing the snap, with one person writing: "Embrace what your body is doing babe.. its growing a little human.. and for that very reason you are truly awesome 💖💖".
Another commented: "Absolutely amazing. Body change through pregnancy can be one of the toughest and best experiences, your body will never be the same but you'll always have a reminder of that special time you housed a little one. 😍".
Someone else said: "Bloody gorgeous, it’s the most beautiful thing ever to grow a whole new human inside you. You and your amazing female body rock. X"
A fourth wrote: "Pregnancy bodies are always amazing. I’m loving mine ❤️❤️ You look so beautiful".

The mum-to-be didn't find out about her pregnancy for nine weeks but she's determined to embrace her future as a single mum.
"I’ve gone from a hellish year to being blessed with a baby. The odds weren’t in my favour, as for so long I thought I couldn’t have children – so this is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s a miracle," she told Closer.
The former Celebs Go Dating star went on: "I still think there’s a real stigma against single mums and internet trolls may use that label against me.
"My baby’s dad lives in America and he wants to be involved, so we’ll find a way to co-parent and communicate. I have a great support system and a very honest relationship with my family."
Nadia, 37, is no longer in a relationship with her baby's father and she's decided to keep his identity private.
