Last night saw a whole host of celebs rock up for the annual MTV VMAs (that's Video Music Awards, btw) in LA, so we're here to bring you all you need to know...

The gossip

  • Kanye West declared he wants to become president in 2020

  • Kanye West pretended to take a nap during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech

  • Justin Bieber broke down in tears after his performance of new single, What Do You Mean?

  • Miley Cyrus changed outfits 11 times and yes, we did see a nipple

  • Taylor Swift joked with Kanye West about that time he interrupted her acceptance speech (we kinda wish she'd paid him back this time)

  • Nicki Minaj called Miley Cyrus a b**ch

  • Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj buried the social-media-fuelled-hatchet in order to perform together last night
