Appearing on the daytime telly show to talk all things The Baby Diaries – her second series following her life as a new mum to adorable baby Paul - Sam Faiers decided to breastfeed whilst chatting to Phil and Holly.

With Paul firmly placed underneath a blanket, Phil confirmed that it was Sam’s decision to breastfeed whilst being interviewed as she didn’t want to miss her slot.

Baby Paul, who is now 10-months-old, only fed for a few minutes before going for a cuddle with Holly Willoughby.

Fans of the show were quick to praise Sam, who has faced criticism for posting snaps of herself breastfeeding on social media, for her honestly and professionalism.

One viewer wrote: “Good for you @thismorning showing Breastfeeding on the television and good for Sam Faires! What a beautiful little boy! #ThisMorning”

Another added that they really hope Sam doesn’t end up on the receiving end of troll’s comment for her decision:

Chatting happily to Phil and Holly, Sam admitted that she was unsure about making another series of the show after all the negativity that surrounded her partner, Paul Knightley.

He became a talking point in the first series for kissing his mum on the lips and coming across 'a little sexist' in his attitude towards women in general.

She revealed: "Paul’s so excited. He’s throughout the whole series and he’s much more relaxed and used to it.

"He comes into his own which is great. I still take the blame for (the reaction). He’d never done TV, it’s not his world. He couldn’t relax or be himself.

"He’s much more chilled out. I threw him in the deep end and I didn’t anticipate that it would blow up… I didn’t think it would be as big as it was and he is so laid-back, he doesn’t let things like that bother him!"
