She always oozes glamour but Millie MacIntosh admits she loves giving herself some time out from the six-inch stilettos.

Showing off her perfect pins in a pair of black shorts at the British Heart Foundation’s exclusive fashion & art event Tunnel of Love - which also included model Amber Le Bon and top blogger Jim Chapman - she said: “I run around a lot in my gym kit with gym hair. I definitely have times when I don’t feel glam at all.

“I love clothes, fashion and makeup but I also enjoy down days too. I appreciate having days in my pyjamas!”

But Millie admits she’s not slobbing out with sweet treats and junk food.

She adds: “I’ve become healthier over the last year. Eating healthier has become more of a lifestyle and it's made me more body confident. It makes me feel more stimulated and more awake. There are still areas in my body that are tough to firm up. When I over indulge it goes to the back of my legs and my hips!”

Pixie Lott gave an amazing performance after the guests enjoyed a three-course meal

Feisty Pixie Lott took to the stage during the evening – performing an acoustic set of her well-known hits including ‘Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)’, ‘Cry Me Out’’, ‘All About Tonight’ and an exclusive performance of a song off her new album. Meanwhile Lilah Parsons hit the decks to get the party started followed by Billy Clark taking the later DJ slot. What a night!
