But Miley Cyrus, 20, has sparked concern this week after accidentally tweeting a private message to all of her followers.
'I'm miserable' wrote the singer to a user named FEFE on 23 July, continuing: 'Been crying myself to sleep. Taking a zany trying to pas out. Goodnight.'
Miley later deleted the post which referenced the anti-anxiety drug, Xanax. She explained on the social networking site: 'Never mind. Realized I'm just an idiot and somehow I butt tweeted my conversation. Missing home.'
The We Can't Stop singer was apparently suffering from food poisoning after eating some bad sushi.
'I don't think people have a hard time understanding that I've grown up'
And it seems Miley is the first to admit she's been working too hard, saying: 'I've been travelling for the past two weeks,' adding: 'I flew from L.A to New York, then to Miami, back to L.A., then to Canada, then to L.A., then to New York, then to London, then here, and somewhere in between I went to the Bahamas too. I forgot that. My life is totally crazy!'
The peroxide beauty, who is engaged to Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth, also opened up last month about her reference to Molly, aka drug MDMA, in her latest song.

'If you're aged 10 it's 'Miley'' said the star. 'If you know what I'm talking about then you know.'
The Last Song actress was also unapologetic about her lifestyle, stating: 'I don't think people have a hard time understanding that I've grown up. You can Google me and you know what I'm up to.'
