Up until now the 30-year-old actress and fiancé Ashton have kept quiet about the pregnancy, despite her showing off an obvious bump.
But during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Mila finally spoke about it for the first time, and opened up about her weird pregnancy cravings.
The Friends With Benefits star confessed that she and Ashton have had to buy a second fridge to keep up with her weird food needs.
She said: “He assumed I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food.
“Just like pickles, and sauerkraut, or like anchovies, and ice creams…just in case at one point during this pregnancy I’d be like I really want something. And it happened last week, I was like, ‘oh my god, I need a pickle’, like, it was the weirdest thing.
“Like I needed this pickle and he was like hold on a second and disappeared in the backyard and came back with the most amazing dill pickle of all time.”
Speaking about hiding the pregnancy, Mila said that she and Ashton felt lucky they could hide the pregnancy, and refused to give any details such as when the baby was due.
“Sometime this year, I promise you. It will be this year,” she joked. Ellen tried to push her to reveal whether it was a boy or a girl, but Mila continued to be coy.
When asked if they’d picked a name, Mila confirmed they had but wouldn’t reveal what it was.
