L’Wren’s estates includes her £4.8 million Manhattan apartment, where she was found dead just over a week ago.
According to reports, L’Wren committed suicide and was found hanging in her luxury New York home.
Partner Mick cancelled his tour of Australia with the Rolling Stones and is said to be distraught.
L’Wren wrote in her will: ‘I give all my jewellery, clothing, household furniture and furnishings, personal automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature, or my interest in any such property, not otherwise specifically disposed of by this will or any other matter together with my insurance on the property, to Michael Philip Jagger.’
‘I give the rest and residue of my estate to my Michael Philip Jagger,’ it continued.
The fashion designer left out her adoptive family in the will and the document was written to insure that estranged sister, Jan Shane, received none of her multi-million pound fortune.
The will stated: ‘Except if otherwise provided in this will, I have intentionally omitted to provide herein for any other my heirs living at the date of my death.’
L’Wren’s company was reportedly in millions of pounds worth of debt at the time but it is allegedly not thought that the debt will be claimed against her personal wealth.
