It's been a very good week for Michelle Keegan so far, and it's only Tuesday!
Yup, fresh outta announcing her engagement to Mark Wright on Monday morning, the Coronation Star was awarded the highly-coveted Best Actress prize at the 2013 TV Choice Awards later that same day. Talk about an amazing 24 hours, eh?
Unfortunately, Michelle was unable to attend the ceremony at London's The Dorchester hotel due to work commitments, so she took to Twitter to express her excitement.
We're not surprised she had to keep pinching herself; it's been the sort of day where dreams come true everywhere you look, really.
Michelle Keegan is, of course, leaving Coronation Street at the end of this year, but has revealed the soap will leave the door open for her should she wish to return.
We imagine the Best Actress winner will be in huge demand, so we don't doubt her career will do well once she leaves the cobbles - but we imagine it'll be nice for her to have a bit of space and plan that wedding too.
A source recently spilled the deetz on their engagement, saying: "It was a really big surprise for Michelle. Mark proposed to her on the beach during their holiday in Dubai."
According to the same source, Mark went all out with his ring choice, opting for a stunning five-carat diamond for his girl and going down on one knee on a beach in Dubai.
