The 28-year-old stunner took to Instagram to hit back at body-shamers, and told her followers to ignore body image pressures.

Former Coronation Street actress Michelle shared a quote which read: “A real womanhas curves has muscles is skinny ..Is whatever the hell she wants to be [sic].”

She added: Never judge, just be YOU [sic].”

Some trolls were quick to hit out at Michelle, claiming it’s ‘easy’ for her to have no body hang-ups.

But one fan blasted these comments, writing: “People saying ‘it’s east for you cos your [sic] skinny’ errrr saying people shouldn’t judge others on their appearance has nothing to do with being skinny.”

Last year Mark Wright’s wife opened up about life in the public eye, admitting that she did feel under pressure to look a certain way.

She told the Express: “If I lose weight I’m too skinny and I put on a few pounds people are quick to point it out. You can never win.

“It used to affect me more a few years ago, whereas now if I’m feeling good about myself that’s all that matters. I think a lot of girls are under pressure and that is quite sad.

“Even when I was a teenager it wasn’t like this. It’s scary. I don’t like the obsessive selfie culture, I really do feel sorry for kids these days.”

But Michelle, who married former TOWIE star Mark, also 28, in May, has resigned herself to the fact you can’t please everyone.

She added: “At the end of the day, they don’t know you but they think they still have a right to comment on what you wear and how you look. I hold my head high now.”

It’s so refreshing to hear Michelle’s healthy attitude to body image, isn’t it?
