Former Coronation Street actress Michelle posted a picture of a food quote, writing: "DONT skip meals… Here's the reason why…"
The quote said: "You aren't losing belly fat. You don't eat breakfast: Your body holds fat when you skip meals since it thinks it's in a starving state."

The day before her little piece of advice, Michelle showed just how much she eats when she shared a picture of 'dinner'.
Posting a heavenly snap of cakes, sweets and a chocolate fountain, she she wrote: "Dinner time at filming today… You've GOT to be kidding me?!!!!!!!!"
Michelle's fiancé Mark Wright – also 27 – previously revealed his wife-to-be doesn't even diet a lot.
He told a British magazine: "She doesn't diet that much. She had a Magnum ice cream at 12 o'clock last night in bed.
