Michelle, 26, filmed the scenes last month and has 27-year-old Mark’s support throughout the whole process.

She told the Mirror: “Mark did go through lines with me. He’s a fan of Corrie now, he watches it all the time.

“He’s done loads of Rita, Peter and David… he’s done them all, he can’t do the Northern accent though. He’s been on the set a few times and even during the stunt he was there which was quite nice.”

Now she’s finally left the cobbled streets of Weatherfield, Michelle is focusing on moving in with Mark in his home county.

She said: “I’ve got a really busy fee months. I’ve got meetings, photo shoots, the move down to Essex and everything else. Nothing needs doing to the house luckily, apart from a lick of paint – but I won’t be doing that.”

Despite looking forward to living with Mark, Michelle’s not quite sure how to define Essex.

She added: “I like Essex, it’s a really green and rural county – is Essex a county?”

Since leaving Coronation Street, Michelle has announced she is going to be launching a fashion collection with Lipsy. She is known for her great fashion sense, but her character Tina isn’t quite as stylish as she is.

“I can’t say I’m going to miss Tina’s clothes,” Michelle said. “I’ve taken a few items and hoody and some earrings. I used to look at my costumes and this, ‘what is this?!’”
