Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright – aka the most bronzed and beautiful celeb couple going – have been rocked with divorce rumours recently, as work commitments have pulled them apart.
As the former Corrie actress is off in Cape Town filming Our Girl, the BBC army drama, Essex lad Mark remains at home without his wife.
And it’s been speculated that being thrown into a long distance relationship so early in their marriage has proven difficult for the pair.
But, with the first wedding anniversary falling on 24th May this year, Michelle took to Instagram to prove she’s still committed to her man.
The 28-year-old posted this adorable wedding throwback:
Meanwhile, Mark didn’t take to social media to celebrate the milestone. He spent the day on a photoshoot, uploading this selfie to Insta:
Maybe he was so in love with the gorgeous location he was slightly distracted on the day…
But regardless of what social media snaps say (or don’t say) Michelle is defiant that her relationship is as strong as ever.
On her Hello! Fashion blog, she wrote: “It’s also mine and Mark’s 1st wedding anniversary today, which has come around so quick!
“Thank you to everyone who has wished us well, it really does mean a lot :-)
“Mark was also here [in Manchester] last week, and we had an early anniversary meal at Tattu, which is a VERY cool Asian restaurant in Spinningfields.”
That sounds like a pretty romantic celebration to us!
The actress also recently spoke to the daily star on Sunday, and told them just why she loves hubby Mark so much: "He makes me laugh because he’s got really good banter."
In this week’s issue of Closer, insiders revealed that Mark is desperate to start a family with the brunette beauty, but the 28-year-old wanted to hold off for a little longer.
A source revealed: “Mark’s been keen for a baby ever since they tied the knot, but Michelle made it clear she wasn’t ready and wanted to wait.”
