First things first, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is back - hoorah - which is the naan bread on top of a perfect night in. Oh and Naan bread would be nice, who’s offering?
Ex Corrie star, now fully-fledged actress Michelle Keegan appeared on the show last night and received a barrage of criticism after Twitter users labeled her ‘boring’, ‘miserable’ and ‘absolutely shocking’.
Ouch.

Apparently people want the guest announcer to be a bit more lively. The sort of lively when your youngest eats a tube of Minstrels. Which would be chaos, of course.
Maybe she’s had a long day. The show does start at 7pm. But then again, if we were in the same building as Ant and Dec we would start doing a strange dance move which was made up of half snake and half Macarena, sprinkled with high pitched squeals.
But that’s just us.
As you know, the 29-year-old is married to ex-TOWIE star and perpetual grinner Mark Wright. It turns out Michelle did actually watch the Essex TV show in 2011 and even commented on Mark's and Lauren Goodger's dramatic breakup saga in her magazine column. It's hilarious.
