The former Liberty X star, 34, then details that she's struggling to shift the extra pounds she gained during pregnancy, and that her problem lies with not being able to workout yet due to giving birth by caesarean.
'Regardless of what you may have seen/heard in mags & pictures, I still have a long way to go, 1 stone and 5lbs to be precise' wrote Michelle.
But the svelte star, who stepped out last week looking as slim as ever, said her trim appearance is down to eating clean and her secret weapon - control underwear.
'Thank god for spanx in the meantime' she tweeted.
Michelle gave birth to her second child, Aaron Jay, in February, but doctors suggest women who have a C section refrain from exercise for 6-8 weeks whilst their body recovers.
Always a keen gym bunny, this delay is no doubt frustrating for the active star.
Michelle has previously spoken out about her sadness that she is unable to breastfeed her newborn son due to having a mastectomy over a year ago.
The brunette star had both breasts removed when she discovered she had a heightened chance of developing breast cancer. She is now planning to have her ovaries removed to eliminate the chance of developing the disease there too.
