Michelle Heaton gave birth to her baby son Aaron just weeks ago.
But the former Liberty X singer has dropped any post-baby weight practically overnight - but how has she done it?
Just a few days ago we saw her showcase her post-baby body at two evens - in TWO dresses. First we saw her at the Peter Mark VIP Style Awards at Marker Hotel in Dublin wearing a VERY tight white floor-length dress with gold patterned shoulders.
And then, just a few hours later, she was spotted in a black backless dress with sheer sleeves for The Late Late Show - a chat show hosted by Ryan Tubridy.
So what's the secret? Well, judging from her Twitter profile, it's all down to gym workouts and healthy eating.
She posted a photo of herself at the gym, writing: "#gym #selfie #yourestyourust #babyweightbegone"
And she also posted a snap of some delicious, albeit very nutritious, pasta, writing: "#yummy @SlimPasta with tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella melted .. #healthy #babyweightbegone"
She also tweeted the phrase "I friggin LOVE working out" as she listed a photo of her gym machine readings.
Phew!
But, while we've seen a lot of evidence that Michelle is working out in the gym, she hasn't been neglecting her mummy duties whatsoever - the doting mum is still just as besotted with little Aaron and Faith as ever.
