The former Liberty X star took posted a Twitter pic of her bottle sterilizer gift from Tommee Tippee with the caption: ‘Thank you @tommeetippee_UK for my goodies xxxxx.’
A fan then hit back at the star for making it public that she was bottle-feeding her child, implying that Michelle’s example was to blame for low breast-feeding rates.
The Twitter follower wrote: ‘Not a very good image for new mothers to see bottles no wonder breastfeeding rates r low (sic).’
Michelle hit back, writing: ‘I have to bottle feed coz I had a double mastectomy .. I have no choice!!!!’

Michelle underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 when she discovered that she was a carrier of the mutated BRCA2 gene and had an 80% risk of breast cancer.
Michelle also had a number of relatives who had suffered from the disease, prompting her to undergo that surgery.
The former pop star also has a 30% chance of developing ovarian cancer, but the star wanted to finish having her family before opting to have her ovaries removed.
Michelle gave birth to her a baby boy less than a week ago. The star is also mum to 1-year-old daughter faith with husband Hugh Hanley.
