Michael Buble has reportedly pulled out of hosting the BRITS 2017 to spend more time with his family following his three-year-old son Noah's shocking cancer diagnosis.
Michael announced that he was to host the BRITS in an Instagram post back in October. Alongside a picture of him holding a BRTIS sign, the Canadian crooner wrote: "Soooo ...... ummm .... yeah . I'm frickin' hosting the @brits !! I've got some big shoes to fill. Four of 'em. @antanddecofficial #humbled #honoured #chuffed"
However just weeks after Michael and his wife Luisana Lopilato revealed that their eldest son, Noah, had been diagnosed with liver cancer.
Following the diagnosis, Michael immediately pulled out of all his work commitments, however it was thought that he would still host the BRITS - which take place at London's O2 Arena on February 22.
But now a source has told the Sun that that's not looking likely. They revealed: “It was a difficult call but Michael has decided to pull out of hosting the Brit Awards.
He would have put a unique stamp on the night so it’s a real shame, but at the moment his priority is his family."
They went on to confirm that a replacement is yet to be found, but added: “No matter who they pick it will be an incredible night.”
Whatever he decides to do - we're sure everyone will fully support Michael during this tough time.
