The TV presenter is celebrating in Spain, with friends including celebrity hairdresser Gary Cockerill, and she showed off her sizzling bikini body on Instagram.
In one shot, mum-of-two Mel looks sensational as she poses on a boat in a trendy navy bikini. Another shows the former I’m a Celebrity star chilling by the pool in cute pink two piece.
Mel’s followers were quick to praise her body, with one writing: “45 ffs. 3 years older than I & looking 20 years younger [sic].”
Another appreciative fan gushed: “Goodness gracious me. It’s enough to make a man week at the knees. @msmelaniesykes you are amazing [sic].”
Last year Mel opened up about her fabulous figure, insisting it’s down to hard work and good genes.
She told OK! Magazine: “I’m a positive person, I try to get as much sleep as I can, I work out and I eat relatively well.
“Then it’s just genetics because my mum and my nan both looked amazing at my age.”
But, because she’s worked so hard to get her body in shape, Mel knows she doesn’t look bad when she’s hanging out around the pool.
She added: “I’ve been training for seven years so I’m always bikini ready.”
