In 2013, TV presenter Melanie Sykes split from husband Jack Cockings just seven months after marrying.
Jack, who is 16 years younger, and Mel shared a very public whirlwind romance, which initiated through Twitter messages.
But despite the experience, Mel has revealed to HELLO! that it hasn’t put her off meeting anyone else in the future.
She told the magazine: “I love men – I think they're great. It's silly to say I'll never be in a relationship."
Speaking about her relationship with Jack, Mel explained that at the time of the break up it was ‘painful’ but now she can laugh about it.
And she also says that she doesn’t regret a single thing, saying: “I don't regret anything, no. I never do, though.
“I don't really regret decisions I make because the decision is based on my life at the time and who I was at the time."
The 45 year old, who celebrates 20 years in the industry this year, has recently moved into a new home with her two sons Roman, 13, and Valentino, 11, from a previous marriage.
And by the looks of her Instagram snaps the mum-of-two seems to still be keeping up her fitness regime, and is looking as beautiful as ever.
