Megan McKenna has publicly hit out after she faced criticism from her latest photo
TOWIE's Lauren Goodger recently sparked a debate after sharing a video of her bum and now her former co-star Megan McKenna has hit back at cruel online trolls who have left rude comments about her face, after she posted a photo on Instagram.
The reality TV star took to Instagram yesterday, posting a photo of herself eating lunch with the caption, 'Quick 3 course lunch stop @mckgrill 🤤😍🙌🏽'.
Whilst many of the comments were friendly, others were not, with one person writing: "What’s with the silly pout while eating?"
Someone else said: "You have perfectly ridiculous trout lips lol"
However, the 25-year-old has hit back at these online trolls saying: "Why’s everyone so f---ing bothered about my hair or my lips or me pouting???
"Why follow me if you hate the way that I am? I never comment back about this stuff anymore but F--K ME IT’S A JOKE."
She continued: "Ain’t you trolls got anything better to do than pick on a young girl who’s posting about FOOD???
"I’m not wearing any makeup and clearly have scruffed my hair up. If I had a full face of makeup on the trolls would be slagging me off saying I’m too dolled up for lunch! If I wanna pout I’ll pout. Like most of us girls do."

The reality star ended her argument by saying: "Now press the unfollow button if you got something nasty to say. What happened to making us girls feel good about each other." [sic]
Some of Megan's fans have also supported her comments such as: "Beautiful❤️❤️ you look so natural and fresh eating your lunch let these jealous people hate on you☺️😉 🙌🏾."[sic]
Another left a much longer comment saying: "You look like you’re in the middle of talking, you don’t pout like that @meganmckenna. I could be wrong. I was trying to work out what you were eating until I saw you comment about trolls. I personally don’t like the pouting everyone does nowadays but I wouldn’t comment about it on photos as I do actually have a life. You don’t need to answer to anyone!! Xx"
It was just earlier this week that it was reported that the TOWIE star had to leave the NTAs early after being rushed to hospital following a very high temperature. It is believed that she was later discharged and is recovering at home.
