McFly drummer Harry Judd and his wife Izzy have announced their second pregnancy after facing fertility struggles
Harry Judd and his wife Izzy have announced their second pregnancy!
The McFly drummer and his violinist wife took to Instagram to announce the special news, both sharing pictures of Izzy, her blossoming bump and 15-month-old Lola.
The couple, who have been open about their fertility struggles in the past, revealed that their second baby was conceived naturally - a huge achievement for them both.
Izzy, 33, who was recently written a book called Dare To Dream about her emotional experiences, posted a precious snap of baby Lola cradling her baby bump.
She wrote: "Harry, Lola and I are so happy to share our news. After having IVF to conceive Lola, people used to say to me, 'You'll probably fall pregnant naturally next time'.
"I wondered how it would ever be that simple after all the difficulties we had previously faced. I never believed we would be lucky enough, but whilst writing Dare to Dream this little miracle happened.
"I want to give others hope that amazing things can happen."
Harry uploaded a beautiful photo of his wife sat alongside their daughter, both with their hands on their bellies with the caption: "Lola, where's baby?"
Isn't it just melting your heart?!
Izzy has been very open about her struggles to become pregnant, as she has Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and suffered a traumatic miscarriage before turning to IVF.
Harry opened up about their first pregnancy to Hello! Magazine, describing Lola as a "miracle".
He also revealed that they never thought they would have problems, saying: "In an ideal world when you’re ready to start a family you hope you will conceive in the first few months of trying."
Harry and Izzy met 12 years ago when Izzy toured the UK with McFly, and Harry famously told her that he "was going to marry her" after they'd only known each other a short time.
Turns out, he was right!
Congratulations to the family ❤️
