Lindsay, 28, had a list of her reported sexual conquests leaked last year, and 26-year-old singer Max was amongst the famous names on it.
Along with Max, Hollywood stars James Franco, Ashton Kutcher and Orlando Bloom were rumoured to have slept with Lindsay.
When asked how he felt about being on the 'prestigious' list, Max told The Sun: "I don't know if there's anything prestigious about being on that list.
"She's a sweet girl, I'm pleased she's doing well. At least I was surrounded by good company."
Former The Wanted frontman Max has been busy carving a career for himself stateside. He recently appeared on Glee but insisted he'd love an acting job closer to home.
Just like ex-girlfriend Michelle Keegan, Max said he'd loved to star in a soap.
"I'm really happy out here and Glee was one of my first auditions.
"To get that and be hanging around people such as Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison has been the best experience for me.
"I do miss my family thought and I'm still auditioning for roles in the UK. I'd be up for being in a soap, definitely.
"I've always been a big a fan of them and I won't have to perform an American accent."
