Marnie 'Marns' Simpson may have not had the easiest ride when she first rose to fame in Geordie Shore in 2012 - remember when Charlotte Crosby called her a "massive flirty slag with really long confusing hair"? – but she's certainly living her best life in 2022.
Not only does she have over 4 million Instagram followers AND she enjoyed Geordie Shore's revival with Geordie OGs, which saw some of the much loved classic cast play at being grown-ups, but she's also smashing it in her personal life.
She welcomed a little baba into the world when she gave birth to Rox in November 2019. And now she's getting married to her baby-daddy, Casey Johnson, after he proposed during a beautiful fairy-light bedecked meal in August 2020.

Marns joined the Geordie Shore house in 2013 claiming to be a "natural beauty" with "real boobs" and "real hair" and quickly caught the eye of the boys - including one Gary Beadle. Early flirtations between them saw Marnie make an enemy of OG Charlotte Crosby (who was in love with Gaz) but their fling was short lived and Marnie quickly moved onto...

Scott "Scotty T" Timlin, who has since revealed to heat that he would have loved to have made a go of things with her. The couple enjoyed some drunk tash-ons during her early days but it turned out to be just flanter, with Scott always honouring the age old adage, bros before hoes.

Marns and TOWIE's Ricky Rayment got together when Ricky was fresh out of his relationship with Jess Wright after meeting at an awards ceremony in January 2015. Ricky then flew out to Majorca in June the same year, where Marnie and the rest of the G Shore crew were filming, to PROPOSE. Cue VERY awkward pause while Marnie considered his proposal, with basically the rest of the reality TV world weighing in. It was all very messy and they split in September 2015.

Despite Ricky insisting he and Marnie were "meant to be together", it was fellow Geordie Shore co-star Aaron Chalmers we had really high hopes for. Marnie and Aaron on'd-and-off'd for three years while they were both on the show, before he eventually professed his love for her in 2016.

HOW COULD YOU, MARNIE? After Aaron's heartfelt declaration, Marnie entered the 2016 Celebrity Big Brother house where she quickly fell for the charms of another TOWIE lad, Lewis Bloor. The new couple got hot and heavy on screen, with Marnie claiming to have had "the most romantic shower of my life" (be warned: link contains penis), but things quickly turned sour on the outside world when Lewis cheated on her, twice.

In 2017, Marnie signed up to a one-off MTV series Single AF, alongside such single pringles as drag star Courtney Act and John and/or Edward, of The X Factor fame. It was there she met and fell in love with Stereo Kicks' Casey Johnson. The rest, they say, is history.

The adorable couple welcomed son Rox in late 2019 and in August 2020 Casey popped the question, with the pair preparing to walk down the aisle later this year. They announced they were expecting their second child in November 2021.

Who Marnie Simpson's boyfriend?
Casey and Marnie met on MTV dating series Single AF in 2017 and have proved to be one of the strongest couples in tellyland.
Sharing the details of the romantic proposal, Marnie took to the 'gram to write, "And just like that I’m now a fiancée, and I’m marrying the man of my dreams, how did I get so lucky ♥️."
Casey also shared the photo with the caption, "OMG SHE SAID YES!!! ❤️💍."
The couple’s celeb pals were quick to congratulate them on their engagement including Bianca Gascoigne, who wrote, "Couldn’t be more happier for you such a gorgeous couple/family!! And deserve the world 🌍 xxx."
