Marnie, 23, made the admission during a new interview – and said she immediately felt guilty afterwards.

However a Twitter user failed to see the funny side and wrote: “@MarnieGShore @RickyRayment once violence happens in a relationship it over goodbye Marnie and Ricky in my opinion [sic].”

But 25-year-old Ricky made it clear he’s definitely not holding a grudge, and replied: “Don’t be stupid. That’s why I love her. Feisty one she is [sic].”

Geordie Shore Marnie then joked that it ‘keeps Ricky on his toes’, adding: “And to be fair my kick isn’t the hardest mind [sic].”

Marnie and former TOWIE star Ricky have been dating since January and they got engaged last month.

In June Ricky got a tattoo of Marnie’s name, and this month she followed suit and did the same.

Marnie says the best part of arguing is the making up afterwards!

Marnie insisted that their arguments are never serious and that making up afterwards is the best part.

She told Star magazine: “We argue over stupid things. One time I kicked him in the stomach and I felt really guilty. I almost cried about it. He was upset.

“When we have an argument we just laugh about it and then have make-up sex!”
