But, despite the fact she's been drunk almost every night, the 28-year-old has so far managed to refrain from mentioning her famous ex.

However, Mark isn't taking any chances and has reportedly had his lawyers send a letter to Endemol to remind them of Lauren's gagging order.

While Lauren and 27-year-old presenter Mark were together, he is said to have made her sign a confidentiality agreement which has been in place for four years.

Apparently if Lauren so much as mentions Mark's name while in the house, she could end up in court.

Because of the gagging order and Mark's letter, it is thought that if Lauren does slip up while in there Endemol will edit it out anyway.

A source told The Sun: "They were still a couple when Mark took her away on a holiday and she finally agreed to sign it.

"It has been in place for the past four years and really, there was no need for Mark to worry, but it seems he felt the need to remind everyone."

Mark might be panicking, but it seems he's the last thing on Lauren's mind while she's in the house.

Viewers have seen Lauren growing closer to Geordie Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio, 27, and he has been declaring his love for the Essex girl.
