Shut UP! The original TOWIE bad boy Mark Wright has confirmed he’s making his way back to Essex.

A lot has happened since Mark, 29, ditched fake tans and nights down the Sugar Hut. He now presents Take Me Out: The Gossip and kids’ makeover show The Dengineers, as well as having his own slot on Capital FM.

But perhaps the biggest difference in Mark’s life is the fact he’s now happily married to former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan.

Which could be the reason why it’s only his voice that will be appearing in new episodes of the hit ITVBe reality show.

Speaking to the Mirror, Mark explained: “We’re doing an anniversary special and talking about the success and the power of the show.

“They’ve asked me to do the voiceover and host the show.”

Mark, who has also appeared on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here since his TOWIE exit, also defended his home county against critics.

He continued: “People like to talk about TOWIE in a bad way and tarnish it, but Brentwood high street has changed so much…

“The local hotels do great business because of it, and someone has done TOWIE tours. I’m looking forward to doing that.”

Mark's last appearance on The Only Way Is Essex was in December 2012, when he returned to help best mate James Argent out of his miserable funk following a bust-up with girlfriend Lydia Bright.
