Mark Wright slams Michelle Keegan break-up rumours

Mark Wright has hit back at reports he and Michelle Keegan are struggling to cope with his busy Strictly schedule.

It was alleged his and 27-year-old Michelle's relationship was becoming "strained" as he competes on the BBC One dancing competition.

But Mark, also 27, has rubbished the rumours, telling the Daily Star: "People have been saying there's a problem but it's just not true.

"We are so supportive of each other and completely love each other. It's not affecting our relationship – we are too much in love."

The former TOWIE star also insisted he and Michelle are in no danger of becoming the next victims of the 'Strictly curse', despite his attractive dance partner Karen Hauer.

He continued: "Michelle just does not get jealous. Before the series started we talked about it. If you're in a strong relationship like I am, and Karen is, your partners never have to worry.

"If she didn't trust me then it would be different."

And she trusts Mark around his dance partner Karen

Instead Michele helps Mark practice the moves he and Karen perform on the show.

"I've been showing Michele a few steps at home and she loves it," he said. "She had the better rhythm at first, now I'm the one showing her how to dance."

Mark and Michelle met in 2012 and got engaged in September 2013, following his romantic proposal in Dubai.

They're reportedly planning to get married next year, and recently moved into their first home together.
