But despite being famed for their loved-up selfies at the start of their romance, they have been uncharacteristically quiet lately with Mark only acknowledging his wife’s big career break on social media last week.
And now insiders says Mark, 29, is feeling increasingly distant from Michelle and is now engaged in a desperate bid to try to regain the intimacy in their marriage.
A source says: “Mark feels very left out of Michelle’s world – she’s been on a non-stop publicity tour for Our Girl and sharing in-jokes with co-stars.
“Mark is finding it difficult to find a place in her world right now. He’s told her not to shut him out as he worries it could finish them.”
