Mark, 27, and 26-year-old Michelle, were out for a family meal in Sheesh Essex, when 27-year-old Former Towie co-star Lauren walked in.
Fellow diners at the restaurant described the moment as 'extremely awkward', as Mark's whole table reportedly turned to stare at the reality star
One diner tweeted:
'Sheesh...Already seen Michelle Keegan and Mark...Who Walks In After...Only Lauren Goodger Awkkwarddd!!'
A source close to Lauren told new! magazine: 'Lauren knew it was only a matter of time before she bumped into them, but she didn't realise how awkward it would be.'
Meanwhile both Corrie star Michelle, and Lauren, remained unusually quiet about the incident on Twitter, while Mark chirpily tweeted:
'Great meal, great food, great company @SheeshChigwell @patsharp @michkeegan @monnisharp @BigMarkWright_ @nannypat_carol.'
Earlier this month Mark launched a Twitter tirade at his ex, tweeting:
'...not to mention the 6 weeks of her mentioning me in her collumn (sic) ha.
'Its been well over 2 years and it still continues. I find it so disrespectful to myself but more importantly, my fiancée. Be a proper woman.

Lauren Goodger denied tweeting about her former fiancé at all, with sources telling Closer that Michelle was behind Mark's infamous tweet.
