Change is hard, isn’t it? And it seems some of 26-year-old Mario’s fans just aren’t over him and Lucy Mecklenburgh, 24.
Emma made her TOWIE debut last weekend, and some viewers weren’t impressed.
While some Twitter users made comments about Emma’s appearance, others compared her to Lucy.
Defending herself, Emma tweeted: “How can people be so sad they have to put other people down to make themselves feel better.”
She added: “I have a peahead/alien face. I do not care.”
But Mario was on hand to cheer her up.
He tweeted: “I love you beautiful xxxx”
Emma replied: “I love you too munchkin. Cuddles are needed right now xxxxx”
It seems like people should start getting used to Mario being with Emma, as he recently confirmed they’re planning to move in together.
Speaking to OK! online, Mario said: “She’s my first girlfriend for two years, and it’s really good.
“I’m buying a house this year, and that house is for me, but no doubt Emma will move in because she lives in Leeds, so it’s pretty much all or nothing.
“That’s the plans. My sister is getting married this year, so we will probably go to that together too.”
