Despite being one of the most successful musicians in the world, it's taken Mariah over 24 years since the release of her debut single to get a star.

But it's been reported that the 45-year-old was actually offered the chance to be recognised in 2007, but she put it off until she was ready. Well, you can't rush a diva – can you?

Yesterday Mimi became the 2,556th person to be honoured by the Walk of Fame and had her adorable four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with her for the celebration.

And it appears little Moroccan was NOT impressed when he couldn't sit with his mom as she posed for snaps with the star.

Ever the professional, Mariah checked her little boy was being taken care off before returning her gaze to the cameras.

But we don't think Roc will end up on the naughty step for his hilarious interruption.

Mariah's fans, or her #Lambily, took to Twitter to comment on their Queen's moment.

One gushed: "Roc and Roe are solo adorable!"

Another added: "I watched the whole life stream… Mariah did the best she could with Roc & Roe, this was her moment and they wanted to share it too."

"Listen… Roc and Roe are the children of MARIAH CAREY AND NICK CANNON… they were born to be extra… it's in their blood [sic]," one user joked.

Congratulations to Mariah on her achievement – and for Dem Babies being utterly adorable!
