The superstar has announced her first European tour in over 10-years, revealing she’ll be coming to England in the Spring.

“I promise we’re going to share the most amazing moments together and I have some many surprises in store for you daahhlings [sic].”

Earlier this year Mariah debuted her own Las Vegas residency, and it’s thought the Sweet Fantasy tour will be based on those shows.

A source added to the Daily Star: “She’s really excited to be getting to the UK and playing to all her fans.

“She realises how loyal people have been to her and wants to pay that back.”

The tour – which will see the mother-of-two play her first European shows since 2003 – kicks off in Glasgow on 15 March.

Mariah is the world’s best-selling female artist, having sold over 200 million records around the globe, so it’s unsurprising her UK fans are over-the-moon at the prospect of seeing her live.

One Twitter user wrote: “I thought I was still drunk when I woke up and saw Mariah Carey had announced a European tour… I am SO excited!! [sic].”

Another added: “SWEET LORD Mariah Carey is doing a UK tour!! I wanna go!! [sic].”
