Maria Fowler is VERY excited about becoming a first-time mummy, bless her.
The former TOWIE star has been sharing frequent updates with her fans on social media, keeping them posted on every step of her pregnancy.
And, like so many mums-to-be, Maria has taken to calling her unborn bubba by a sweet nickname.
However, while many opt for ‘bean’ or ‘peanut’, Maria has opted for something a little sweeter.
Yup, while baring her bare baby bump to show off the size of it at 19 weeks, Maria let slip that her daughter is currently the size of a mango.
Which is (you guessed it!) now her little one’s nickname.
Check it out:
N’aww, we quite like that, actually.
If Gwyneth Paltrow can name her daughter Apple, what’s to stop Maria from jumping into the fruit basket and naming her daughter Mango for good, eh?
Hmm… we’ll wait and see what happens.
It wasn’t long ago that Maria revealed her unborn baby’s gender on Instagram, sharing a snap of some pretty pink clothes as she did so.
She wrote happily: “So excited to let you all know we are expecting a baby girl.
“So excited to start our little family later this year… the preparation has begun with @childsplayclothing!”
Maria added: “Mini Me!”
Maria recently received something of a backlash on Twitter after playing an April Fool’s Day prank on her social media followers.
She wrote teasingly: “Me and @KelvinBatey555 would like to announce that it's not actually twins and we are preparing for a gang of 3!! #triplets”
However a number of women responded angrily, accusing the reality star of being insensitive to those who could not conceive.
Maria was quick to defend herself, writing: “I think if people get offended about pregnancy tweets because they can't conceive.
“Maybe just unfollow me, I can't help your situation, I wish I could.
“We thought we wouldn't be able to and it's a horrible feeling. But please stop blaming me.
“I don't mean to offend you.”
A number of magazines, however, took these comments as meaning that maria truly WAS pregnant with triplets.
This in turn led to more than a few false reports across the UK about Maria’s incoming ‘gang of three’.
However, as we all knew deep in our hearts (you’ll note that Closer didn’t fall for the prank!), Maria was only teasing.
She later said: “OMG magazines, lol I'm not really expecting triplets it was an April Fools.
“I didn't think people would believe it - sorry!”
The little minx.
We can’t wait to meet Maria’s little - congratulations once again to her and Kelvin Batey!
