Mum-to-be Maria Fowler took to Twitter yesterday to call out a man’s peculiar behaviour poolside while she was on holiday.

Maria and boyfriend Kelvin Batey jetted off to Crete last week on a babymoon, but it appears all didn’t run completely smoothly.

After the Mirror reported that Kelvin had a row with a photographer for taking bikini snaps of the expectant mother, she had hit back to say the claims are fake, and he was actually calling out a suspected ‘pool pervert.’

Taking to Twitter, the former TOWIE star wrote:

And went on to explain:

“The thousands of people on my snapchat saw what happened. You've mugged yourself right off…

"He didn't even have kids by the pool he said it was pics of his wife so you got that wrong too.”

And many of the 29-year-old’s fans agreed with the reality star on Twitter too, tweeting their support:

Proving that she had no issue of her baby bump pics being online, she took to Instagram to post some pap pictures of herself on holiday in a bikini, and wrote:

“Enjoying my holidays, was unsure weather to show my bump around the pool and apprehensive that I have put on over a stone but I'm so glad I took bikinis with me and had so many lovely comments.

“I think it's important to be confident in yourself and having a healthy baby is the most important thing.”

Speaking to the Mirror Online, the pair explained they Kelvin DID ask a photographer who he was taking pictures of, but that as Maria explained it was over concern over the children playing in the pool.

"I was concerned a guy with a long lens was taking pictures from a far area of the swimming pool.

"It's a shame you have to check but you never know these days."

Kelvin has also taken to Twitter to weight in on the story, writing that it was ‘ half way there but not accurate.’

He wrote:

“Story was half way there but not accurate. kids at the pool and guy with long lens isnt a good combo in todays world… as an expectant parent I'd confront anyone on a balcony taking pics like that but did apologise to the guy for asking.”

Do you think Maria and Kelvin were right to call of the photographer?
