When Maria Fowler first burst into our lives on The Only Way Is Essex, she had long auburn locks and bucket-loads of Essex glamour.

And, more recently, she’s been sporting a seriously chic lilac mini-mane.

Looking VERY different to her TOWIE days, the former reality star received plenty of compliments from fans over her purple locks - and was never shy of showing off her supergirl-inspired look on Instagram.

But now she’s swapped up her style even more - and Maria looks hotter than ever.

However, at first, she admitted that her transformation was down to a BIG mistake on her hairdresser’s behalf.

Sharing a mirror selfie, she wrote unhappily: “See how much they f**ked my hair up! #Albino”

However, following a deluge of supportive comments from fans, Maria has embraced her new look.

And, after a bit of extra work from her hairdresser, she’s been been showing off a seriously cool ice blonde hue.

Unsurprisingly, her fans were absolutely bowled over when they saw the finished results.

One wrote: “Omg you look unreal - blonde is fab on you!”

Another added: “Love this hairstyle.”

However some were clearly missing Maria’s purple look, as one wrote: “What happened to the radical but cool lilac hair?”

It’s old news, is what it is!
