Former Love Islander Malin Andersson has taken to Instagram to share some graphic historic photos of horrific injuries as she celebrates her ex finally being put behind bars.

Malin has been open about the abusive relationship she had with her ex Tom Kemp, the father to her daughter Consy who tragically died at just weeks old.

The couple split in March 2019 and later Malin opened up about is violence and claimed he hit, kicked and spat at her during their relationship.

Now she’s shared images of the substantial bruising she suffered at his hands as he’s sentenced to ten months in prison after admitting to the attacks.

Speaking out in the hope of giving strength to other victims of abuse, Malin wrote, “JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED.

“The last two years including my pregnancy have been absolute hell. No one knows half of what I’ve gone through and I haven’t been able to say much due to an ongoing police investigation.

“The father of my late daughter Consy has been jailed for only part of what he has done to me.

“I’ll be giving my account of what happened in the coming week. Thank you for those that supported me, and those that called me a LIAR. I am here to tell you - YOU CAN GO TO THE POLICE”.

Malin’s fellow Love Islander Kaz Crossley said, “I’m so sorry for everything you have been through, thank you for sharing your story it is so inspiring ❤️ we love you and your strength! You deserve all the happiness”.

Speaking of their break up in her first interview following Consy’s death last year, Malin told OK! magazine, “Things have been strained between us since Consy was born," she explained. "A situation like that will either make you or break you and we’ve been at each other’s throats.

"He deals with things completely differently to me, he bottles everything up and then eventually explodes, whereas I think it’s better to talk about everything. Our relationship wasn’t healthy so I’m taking myself out of it.”
