Madonna has adopted again for the third time - and this time it's twin girls.
The Queen of Pop has been granted permission by a Malawi High Court to take the two little girls, aged four, named Stella and Esther, home with her to the US.
Madonna has now confirmed the news herself with a super cute Instagram photo of herself holding hands with Stella and Esther. Their faces are slightly blurred which may be on purpose.
She captioned the photo: "I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family."
"I am deeply grateful to all those in Malawi who helped make this possible, and I ask the media please to respect our privacy during this transitional time. 🙏🏻 Thank you also to my friends, family and my very large team for all your support and Love!"
This comes only two weeks after she denied going to Malawi in the hopes of adopting. After a Malawi court spokesperson said she appeared in court and "filed an application expressing interest" to adopt two children, Madonna released a statement which said: "The rumours of an adoption process are untrue.
"I am in Malawi to check on the children's hospital in Blantyre and my other work with Raising Malawi and then heading home."

Madonna has previously adopted two children from the African country. Her first adoption, David, now 11, was in 2006. Her second, Mercy, also 11, in 2009, was very controversial as Mercy's family claimed they did not give her permission.
She also has two children from previous relationships. Lourdes, 20, came from Madonna's relationship with Cuban actor Carlos Leon, and Rocco, 16, was with Guy Ritchie, her husband of eight years.
Some Malawi residents are not too happy about the adoptions, and say that the government are giving her special exception to laws which say that non-residents cannot adopt children to take abroad.

The adoption is conditional - meaning that Madonna will need to prove that she can provide a suitable home for the girls, who were previously living in an orphanage.
We hope they settle in well - and congratulations to Madonna!
