Luisa Zissman has shared a beautiful snap of her pal Sam Faiers breastfeeding on Instagram.

She posted the pic of the former TOWIE star feeding her youngest child, Rosie after the pair enjoyed lunch together, and seemed to spark a debate with the caption.

The reality TV star suggested that Sam should breastfeed her own daughter, when she wrote, "Do you think I can stick Clemmie on there @samanthafaiers she's a bit dissatisfied with her bottle #TheGreatDebate #supermum."

Soon, comments from fellow mums who had something to say about the bottle vs breastfeeding debate started flocking in on the tongue-in-cheek post.

One follower said, "I have 3 children, I bottle fed 2 and am currently breastfeeding my youngest, so I'm open to both options, but to shame anyone for giving the baby the best start in life isn't right!! If you all research the benefits of breastfeeding then you would no that's There's so much more than just being fed for the baby, a mothers milk isn't just a source of food it's medicine, real nutrients there's so much more!! [sic] "

Another said, "I breastfed my baby till she was 10 weeks old and she had reflux really bad so I put her on antifeflux milk and it changed her life, she thrived off bottle milk. All ways happy and content and even helped with her wind. When I have another I will brestfeeding again but if my baby needs he bottle it will get the bottle xx [sic]".

One also talked about her situation, writing, "My baby hasn't had milk since she was 13 months. Just completely went off all her milk crazy how different every baby is and what suits one dosent always suit others [sic]".

The debate continued, with many favouring breastfeeding over bottle feeding their children, while others argued their children were content with the bottle.

Luisa welcomed her third daughter Clementine in November 2017. She is also mum to daughters Dixie and Indigo.
